Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worn a lot of hats: HR, payroll, accounting, operations, compliance, government contracting, even event planning—you name it. I’ve helped companies grow, cleaned up messy processes, and been the go-to person when something needs figured out fast.
I started PeopleOps Strategic Solutions because I know not every business needs (or wants) a full-time hire—but they still need someone who knows what they’re doing.
I come in, assess what’s working (and what’s not), and put the right structure in place so things run smoother, decisions are easier, and leaders can actually focus on day-to-day operations and growth.
I’m a graduate of Ohio University, QuickBooks Online Certified, a Certified Work Incentive Practitioner, and have completed the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certificate program. My experience spans from nonprofit, for-profit, and government environments.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, at a sporting event, running, working in the garden, or helping with school and community events. I enjoy traveling and have a long bucket list of places I want to visit and experiences I want to have.
I like staying busy, but I also know how important it is to build systems that give you your time back.
